Entering via a private entrance, you’ll find yourself on the ground floor, which features a generous hallway, a WC, and a useful storage room with a washing machine. Upstairs on the first floor is a modern, open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. The kitchen has all the amenities you’d expect in a modern home, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso-style coffee machine. It comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The lounge has a cozy sofa for four, and there’s a dining table for six. Upstairs again on the second floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms and a four-piece bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and bath. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed and sliding wardrobes with ample storage. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed and a useful desk for study. There is also a single garage included with secure parking, and we can offer free street parking for up to two vehicles.

Grosvenor Place South is very centrally located—just a stone’s throw from Cheltenham’s main High Street and close to John Lewis and The Brewery Quarter. A short walk will take you to Cheltenham’s famous Promenade, which leads to Montpellier, where you’ll find many of Cheltenham’s best bars and restaurants, as well as Imperial Gardens, home to many of Cheltenham’s festivals. If you’re looking for something greener, Pittville Park, Cheltenham’s largest town park, is a 19-minute walk from here.
