Welcome to Palace Cottages, a beautifully restored turn-of-the-century end-terrace cottage in the heart of Exmouth. Perfectly located in a peaceful lane just steps from the town centre, this cosy coastal retreat offers the ideal base for exploring the stunning Devon coastline. PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is situated in the heart of Exmouth town centre, just off one of the main streets, so shops, restaurants, and attractions are all within easy reach. Parking is available in a public car park around a 5-minute walk away, but there is a nearby loading bay where you can conveniently unload your luggage. To arrange your free parking permit, please contact us in advance with your car registration details or input on your online check in form prior to arrival.
