Hosting on behalf of the owner. I grew up in a next door Kent village so I have a great love for the area and know it well! I look forward to making recommendations that will enhance your luxury stay at our properties.

Neighbourhood information

The chocolate box village of Smarden is a stone’s throw away and has been called the most beautiful village in Kent. It is certainly a lovely village, blessed with a number of attractive historic cottages, a medieval church, and three pubs. There are plenty of walking routes directly from the Barn that will see you exploring the Garden Of England at its finest. Shop: 3.4 miles Pub: 0.2 miles Coast: 22 miles.
