Beautiful gardens surround this lovely little flat and provide a nice outlook from the large patio windows. The flat benefits from its own entrance and private parking just by the front door. The flats has a living room, with a table for dinning or for a working area. It has one bedroom with two single beds and a well equipped kitchen and wet room style bathroom. The flats are surrounded by beautiful communal gardens overlooking the River Kip. Please note that there is not a private enclosed garden for the flat, the gardens are communal and not enclosed but dogs are welcome to use the garden but must be on leads.
I bought this lovely little flat a couple of years ago but unfortunately my job has meant that I need to move to Edinburgh, where I now rent a property. My Mum and Dad, Helen and Mark, live nearby and help me manage the property.
My flat is in Inverkip, is a small traditional Scottish costal, village. The flat was originally built as holiday accommodation in the 1970’s for the Inverkip Hotel. The flats are now privately owned but the nearby Inverkip Hotel is still thriving and offers good quality Scottish, homemade food and a friendly bar (Dogs are welcome). Just a 5 minute walk away from the flat is the popular Kip Marina where many yachts and other boats are moored. There is a nice restaurant and bar over looking the marina and also access through the marina to a beautiful sandy beach and long coastal hikes. A new feature in the area is the recently built Ardgowan Whisky and Gin Distillery. Inverkip has a good train line into Glasgow Central, so there is no need to take the car into the City. The train station is just a 10 minute walk from the flat. Glasgow airport is easy to reach and just 21 miles away.
