Situated in very quite and peaceful neighbourhood on the top of the hill with the private drive way, which can accommodate a couple of cars EV charger installed.Visitors should be able to go up about 25 stairs to get to the front door of the house. (alternative to treadmill exercise))It has 2 beautiful ground floor bedrooms and downstairs bathroom, with the 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor with the shower room.Also the house greets you with an open plan kitchen, living room. Kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, also build in microwave.It stocked with all the cooking essentials, Also some bottled water tea and coffee would be provided on your arrival. All the cooking utensils you'll need.1st ground floor bedroom has a single bed. 2nd ground floor bedroom has a double bed and the top floor bedroom also has a double bed. Outside in the patio area there is a table and chairs for a sunny cup of tea or coffee. 7 minute walk to Coombe Lane tram station,from there East Croydon station 10 min ride. Routs to Victoria and London Bridge 15 min away. OPEN FOR LEISURE & BUSINESS BOOKINGS Strictly no parties allowed !
