Our property is a lovely private lower ground floor flat within a period Regency House but with private entrance. The apartment benefits from parking and a small patio garden. All linen and towels are provided. These are replenished weekly for stays of over 7 days There is one bedroom. The flat has complimentary wi fi with amazon and netflix. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped , it comes with complimentary condiments, coffee, tea, milk etc. There is also a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher and coffee machine. We are dog friendly if dogs are well behaved and are kept off the furniture or guests bring own covers. We can not accept cats due to other guests allergies and problems with cat hair
Your host is antique dealer so it will be no surprise that the flat is decorated with many period objects.
The flat is located in the heart of the Hoe, this is a conservation area with a wealth of historic buildings and monuments, and a stunning view. The flat itself is part of a Grade 2 listed Regency building . You will be able to stroll to the sea front which takes less than 5 minutes, a further 10 minute stroll will take you to the historic Barbican with its array of pavement cafes , restaurants and bars. Walking from the flat in the other direction a five minute stroll brings you to the Theatre Royal and Plymouth City Centre. Short boat trips to Cornwall and other historic sites and stately homes are available from the Barbican. Driving to Cornwall is a short drive across the Tamar bridge.
