Situated on the outskirts of the bustling city of Southampton, Freemantle Solent Lodge has been tastefully decorated providing a contemporary yet warming ambiance. The property has a unique personality and convenient amenities. All rooms feature brand new 4K Smart TV's with Netflix and other applications available. Guests can feels safe in the knowlege that CCTV can be found in all common areas. Location is a key feature just minutes from the City Centre, Motorway, Train Station, Ferry Terminals and Coach station. The West Quay shopping centre with its many restaurants, bars and Cinema is around 5 minutes by car. A short 10 minutes drive and you are in the Beautiful New Forest with its many cosy country pubs like the New Forest Inn in Ashurst. Southampton General Hospital is less than 2.5 miles away, with great bus links. No meals are provided however kitchen facilities are available to guests to do light cooking if required. Many great places to eat are just a few minutes away including a great local Cocktail bar Rio's. A Complimentary glass of wine is available for all staying guests at a selection of great local restaurants - Sanjha Indian - Puccinis Italian, prior reservation required. We speak your language!

Located just off the, hustle and bussle of Southampton city centre, offering the benefit of easy access to the City centre, shops & resturants. Locally we have a great cellection of close by resturants and bars with exclusive discounts or free drinks for staying guests, please enquire. With a few minutes walk you can catch a train and arrive at the heart of beautiful Winchester or Brokenhurst in the centre of the New Forest with a great walks and even better selection of bistro pubs.
