This cosy yet spacious home offers a comfortable lounge, a dedicated dining room and a modern kitchen equipped with all white goods. Step outside to a beautifully maintained garden to unwind after exploring the nearby attractions. Whether you're seeking a peaceful countryside getaway or a base to explore the Cotswolds this home provides the perfect blend of tranquillity and accessibility This is Pippa's primary residence. For guests, it is a home away from home, that she rents out for long weekends. It is just around the corner from the village centre of Bourton on the Water, (The Venice of The Cotswolds.) Guests enter the property into the bright hallway, which leads into the dining room, which is carefully furnished in keeping with the character of the house. The dining room consists of a large table, plants and a fridge freezer. This leads to a modern kitchen which is fully equipped, including dishwasher, electric hob, microwave and coffee machine. Off the dining room and kitchen there is a cosy living area, as well as a comfy sofa and Smart TV. At the rear of the house, the conservatory, leads out to the private garden, a lovely space in the summer with flowers in full bloom! The garden has a relaxed tranquil feeling, a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring. On the first floor of the cottage are two double bedrooms and modern family bathroom, with shower over the bath... Both bedrooms have curtains and come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
