The property is an 18th Century Georgian building situated in a quiet lane but in the centre of this Conservation town in Inveraray, Argyll, on the west coast and West Highlands of Scotland. The flat has two bedrooms: Double room with en-suite shower; the family room has a double and single bed - very comfortable beds with duvets. Central bathroom with a bath and electric shower. Constant hot water and electric central heating. Log-effect electric fire in the lou The lounge is open plan with dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is exremely well equipped with everything you could want for your stay - short or long. There is excellent free Wifi in all areas. I am the owner and also work as a tour guide in the summer season) When at home I require to have access through the main hall of the property to my self-contained attic flat above. The flat is good for individual families or small groups touring or having holidays together. Past guests think it is cosy and welcoming. The flat is bright and airy with lots of lovely print, paintings and ornaments that I have picked up or chosen careully on my travels at home and abroad in Mexico, Spain, Cuba, Morocco and India.

The property is right in the conservation area of Inveraray down a quiet back lane but near to Loch Fyne and also the shops, cafes and local pub with an interesting selection of whisky. There are also two whisky shops in town as well as lovely craft shops. The visitor attraction of Inveraray Jail is 5 minutes away. A short walk from the town - Inveraray Castle (home of Clan Campbell) is a 'must see' and for hikes - Dun-na-Cuaiche hill gives a wonderful view of Loch Fyne and the town. Visit Loch Fyne Brewery (9 miles of town) and see how craft beer is produced. Many walks also in this area and historical and rural information from 'Here We Are' the local community hub.
