This cosy holiday cottage sleeps 6 and is nestled in a small village which is only a 15 minute drive from the nearest town & it's close to the Norfolk Coast. The cottage is just a 5 minute drive from the multi-award winning Brisley Bell, which most recently won the Great British Pub of the Year 2021 and the Good Food Award 2022! Parking available on site, an area for outdoor dining & shared use of the front garden which has a secure dog enclosure.

We have been holiday letting out properties for many years and we hope to welcome you to Church Farm Dairy, we live in the adjoining property next door and we're happy to help with any questions you may have during your stay. Guests will be allowed to access the entire of Church Farm Dairy, as well as a private outdoor courtyard and have shared use of part of the garden. You can gain access to the property by using the key safe we have installed.

Church Farm Dairy is surrounded by lovely countryside, it's located in a small village, the closest pub is 2 miles away, the shops are a 15 minute drive and the beautiful Wells beach is only a 25 minute drive. This cottage is also ideal for dog walkers, there's some great walks in the area and we have a large enclosed garden which you are welcome to use to throw a ball around for your dog. A car is essential when staying at the property to ensure you can take advantage of all the different days out you can experience in Norfolk.
