The building has convenient stairs and each apartment is composed of 2 separate bedrooms, open plan lounge with sofa bed and kitchen (fully equipped), and 1 bathroom with shower. The modern and newly refurbished apartments are on the second floor and third floors of the building. The wonderful location is the most lucrative feature of this property.
