Fern Lodge Preston is a privately owned company offering competitively priced accommodation for short stay accommodation. We have been accommodating guests since June 2016. during that time we have seen many different types of guest from social travellers to business owners and workers.

Property info

Fern Lodge Preston is a very spacious property consisting of a lounge and dining area. Good size kitchen and an en suite bedroom at the end of the building. The first floor consists of three further bedrooms. The largest of the three is the bedroom at the front of the property. This is the family room which sleeps three on a double and single bed. Bedroom two and three are a good size too, these are both twin rooms with single beds. All the second-floor rooms have TV’s and share a bathroom which comprises of a bath/shower, washbasin and toilet. The lounge, kitchen and upstairs bathroom are for communal use and are fully equipped for your stay. You are free to cook your own food for convenience or a healthy lifestyle. The lounge boasts a TV/DVD and comfy sofas, and a dining area for 6 people. The property is fully equipped to cater for any stay whether for business or a holiday stopover. The property has character and was built in the 18th century. Come and stay at Fern Lodge Preston, we think you will love it.

Fern Lodge is a recently modernised 4 bedroom detached house located in a sort after area of Preston. It is close the town centre (0.5 miles) and is surrounded by shops and parks, with the Preston Marina which is nearby.The neighbourhood is very quiet.
