This delightful upper cottage is set in the quaint conservation village of Oldhamstocks in East Lothian. Bursting with charming period features, this comfortable 2 double bedroom cottage benefits from amazing outdoor space, with a terrace and a large family garden.
The ancient village of Oldhamstocks is nestled at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills and reputedly the prettiest village in East Lothian. It is situated just three miles from the coast, thereby giving access to some of the most beautiful sandy beaches of East Lothian, Berwickshire and Northumberland. East Lothian boasts probably the best variety of golf courses in Scotland and within 30 minutes of Oldhamstocks there are some 19 superb courses including the world renowned Muirfield - home of The British Open Championship. Dunbar is only 10-12 minutes drive, with the main London to Edinburgh East Coast railway line offering direct train services to Edinburgh (22 minutes) and London (4 hours). Edinburgh Airport is a 50 minute drive away. Recommended to bring your own transport.
