61 Deneside is a beautiful, modern 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom new build house located in Durham just a 17 minute drive outside the City Centre. The location is perfect for groups and families with local bars and restaurants less than a 10-minute walk away. The property comprises of a private front entrance door to the house with the entrance hallway leading to lounge and kitchen. The lounge is equipped with a family sofa, a TV, and a coffee table. Following, the kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, clothes airer, fridge, a freezer, and a small dining table. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, each include a wardrobe and storage space for your belongings for the duration of your stay. The main bathroom includes both a bath and an over bath shower. The property also benefits from a large, private back garden. 61 Deneside benefits from a driveway in which one car can be parked. there is also on street parking for any other cars should you require it.
