Duddingston is a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with delightful historic buildings close by as you enter Holyrood Park. The property sits on a wide boulevard type street with tree views to the front and rear. The mature trees in the large garden add to the privacy and relaxation of the area.
Directly behind the property is Duddingston Golf Course; although hidden by the trees this adds to the seclusion as there are no properties to the rear. Duddingston is Gaelic for sunny side of the hill.
