This renovated 2-bedroom flat is right in Clifton village among the best restaurants, cafes and pubs in Bristol and an easy 15 minute walk from the City Centre. Perfect for business travellers, couples or small families visiting the universities or local private schools. A beautifully presented spacious 1 kingsized bedroom, 1 double bedroom flat on Royal York Crescent, in the heart of Clifton Village. This luxurious flat is fully furnished and refurbished to a high standard. There is a mezzanine area with with a double futon - a cosy snug area for children. The area has a residential parking scheme - please ask if you need a permit for your car as a limited number of on street parking permits are available.

Neighbourhood information

Clifton (BS8) is Bristol's most affluent and arguably most picturesque area. Grand Georgian townhouses line the streets, a mixture of boutiques, indie shops, buzzing bars and leafy green open spaces. Home to the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, Avon Gorge and Bristol Zoo. Whilst being a fantastic base, you are also close to cultural centres such as the Watershed, the Arnolfini and Bristol Museum and University. This is mixed with more restaurants in the Harbourside and City Centre. Bristol has endless sightseeing opportunities. The property is within walking distance to most of central Bristol but also has ample bus stops close by. The property is a 10 minute taxi ride from the Bristol Temple Meads Train Station and a 20 minute taxi ride from Bristol Airport. Getting around Bristol on foot and public transport is a great way to experience true Bristol whilst having fun.
