GARRARD APARTMENT is by Catherine Place, a charming square at the top of a pedestrian lane called Margaret's Buildings that lies between two of Baths most famous architectural sites, The Circus and The Royal Crescent. This lower ground floor apartment offers a large double bedroom with king bed and patio doors leading to a tiny patio area with a table for two. There is also a washer dryer off the patio. With marble floors, the lounge and dining room benefit from 2 large sash windows, allowing in natural light. There is a sofabed in the lounge area, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children, Smart TV and a Bluetooth stereo speaker are available, along with dining table that seats 4. Please let us know in advance if you need the sofa bed. The uniquely designed kitchen benefits has everything you need, from an induction hob and oven to a cupboard dishwasher. The tiled bathroom has bath with a shower over, sink and toilet and a heated towel rail.

Garrard's is only a few metres away, from Margaret's Buildings, where the Green Bird Cafe will make you a delightful and original breakfast. The Chequers Pub just along the road serves great meals and at this end of town you can find several individually owned restaurants. You are only a downhill stroll to fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops - with the Jane Austen Centre and Assembly Rooms a stroll away and just a little further down hill, will take you to the Roman Baths and the Thermae Bath Spa. Remember that you are almost next door to the Royal Crescent, Baths architectural jewel, where there is also a fabulous spa and excellent restaurant.
