A beautiful Georgian townhouse built as a merchant house overlooking Bristol in 1720 nestled in a quiet corner between the City center and Clifton village. We are surrounded by trees and parks, yet right by the University and within walking distance of all the best bits of Bristol. Having a large open plan sitting/diner and kitchen. It is a perfect place to rent out as a group for someone's birthday or a group of friends 'getaway'. Our beautiful period house has recently been refurbished to a high spec with a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. All 7 bedrooms are light and roomy with comfy king size beds and shower en-suites. There is a beautiful open plan sitting/dining room that overlooks Berkeley Square park on one side and Brandon Hill on the other. The space is ideal for family get together's, reunions and large groups who want to enjoy the peace and quiet in a large and luxurious space that is ideally placed for exploring all that Bristol has to offer. For your booking to be 100% confirmed we require security deposit and ID uploaded within 48 hours of booking.
On-site host lives in a studio apartment on the ground floor to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We're friendly and offer exclusive use of the top 3 floors including the lounge kitchen, dining. Having worked in hospitality industry for over 15 years we accommodates guests requests where possible and love to ensure you have an amazing time while visiting Bristol. We have been a super hosts on Airbnb for 4 years consecutively.
The property sits on the top the of a square with access to a public squared garden in the middle and backs onto Brandon Hill which has stunning views over the harbourside and city beyond. The square is largely residential so it wouldn't be suitable for large groups wanting to make a lot of noise. There is a small space to the back of the property ideal for BBQ'ing but no large enough to eat out there. The house is an amazing beautiful place for enjoying time with friends and the lounge & kitchen at night are great for having drinks and a laugh. It is well soundproofed if the doors are kept shut. However, it is a residential area so before you book make sure your group is a good match bearing in mind we sleep on site, their is a family next door, and a boutique hotel on the other side. Therefore.... - No loud music after 11pm - No extra people to come back unless agreed in advance and Smoking to be done in the shared garden to the front away from the houses after 10pm
