Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michael's Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michael's Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

Marazion in Cornwall is a great place to visit at any time of the year! The home of the iconic St Michaels Mount. Two fabulous beaches, Magical sea views, Friendly smiles and welcomes.Great Cornish pubs. Great fun for the kids. All available right here in the far west of Cornwall There is private parking with plenty of space. Centre of town is a 10 minute walk. And the property sits next door to the coastal path. There is a bus stop outside the property with buses running into Penzance, Falmouth, St Ives and Lands End. Also the Atlantic coaster open top bus stop is just across the road.
