Property information

This is a beautiful building arranged as 4 x Exclusive Apartments. The property has been recently completely renovated & refurbished. Positioned just across the road from the golden sandy beaches, and 5 minutes walk to the Town Centre. whilst being only 15 minutes walk to Clacton on Sea train Station, and 5 minutes walk to the Clacton Pier. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you'll possibly need right down to the bottle opener. Clean white Fresh clean linen can also be found within the apartment. Each one of these wonderful apartments come with a free allocated parking space. So no need to worry where to park during your stay.

Neighbourhood information

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and pleasant to stay, this apartment located across the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the town centre is a great place to base yourself. Stay here to be away from the hustle and bustle - the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood. So you get the chance to escape the noise of the beach & town centre, but know that all of Clacton’s attractions, and business districts are still easy to access. St Osyth & Frinton on Sea aren’t too far away either.
