This is a recently added extension to the main house and is a self contained apartment with its own entrance, kitchen ,spacious bedroom with a super king bed and double sprung bed settee and deluxe bathroom .As such we have decorated to a high standard to compliment our home, all bedding and towels are new ,the downstairs kitchen has a dinning area and your own entrance and parking makes this an independent space for couples, families or friends that don’t mind sharing.We can provide a cot and high chair for our younger guests at no charge. Comfort , luxury and space with range of breakfast choices.
We look forward to welcoming you to Greystones an apartment which we have created as part of our home to a high standard in a lovely area of Cardiff. My husband and I are both retired so may well be around for any help or advice but it’s up to you if you want interaction.We love travel ourselves and meeting new people you’ll be made very welcome.
We live in a small village 3 miles from the centre of Cardiff, walking 5 mins to the train station with an excellent service into the city.If you have come for a concert or the Rugby we are an ideal location away from the noise of the city.The village of Dinas Powys has 3 pubs all serving food, a local restaurant,The Humble Onion plus takeaways, a grill , 2 coffee shops and a delicatessen and smaller supermarkets. Leckwith retail park is only 2 miles away with Marks and Spencer and many retail shops opposite Cardiff City football club. The Victorian seaside town of Penarth with its historic pier and shopping is a mile away with Barry and Wales Heritage Coastal path and beaches easy accessible. For walkers we have fantastic woodlands walks just across the fields. Cardiff is a vibrant city with vast shopping centre ,arcades ,markets museums , bars and restaurants. The Principality Stadium,Motorpoint Arena and St.Davids Hall and SWALEC stadium all 10 mins drive away together with Cardiff Bay were the Wales Millennium Centre is host to a variety of shows and concerts ,bars and restaurants and summer food festivals. Cardiff Airport is 20 mins drive away
