A newly built 3 double bedroom detached house with ensuite and master bathroom with 2 private parking spaces to the left of the property fully furnished ,lounge has tv with free view all bedrooms have tvs,Wifi,dining table and chairs.Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer,washer,cooker,pots,pans,crockery,bed linen and towels provided.The patio area has a table and chairs with a parasol,there is a shed for bike storage available on request.You can book nightly,weekends or weekends.
The host Keith is available 8am to 8pm on the app or by txt and phone.Check in can be remotely allowing easier check in
Situated in a quiet cul de sac with 2 private parking spaces next to property 300 meters from the main shopping area,resteraunts and bars and 500 mtrs from Cleethorpes beach and papas fish and chip resteraunts on the pier
