We at Sea Salt Property love providing beautiful historical homes for guests. Located close to the sea front in Bognor Regis, we are also close to Butlins, local bars and restaurants, children's play areas and many other amenities. Having provided long term lets in the area for 13 years, this is our first property that we have holiday let and we take great pride in offering a high quality and comfortable experience. We have aimed to provide for the modern needs of the discerning traveller; feather duvets, wireless charging pods, modern electric under floor heating, video entry, Nespresso machine, rainfall shower & bath. At the same time it was important for us to preserve the original character of the building. With this in mind, we have integrated modern comforts with original features, repairing original Sash windows, reinstalling 3 feature fireplaces, installing large chandeliers and exposing wooden floorboards. We have provided a journey book to share our journey with you, as well as photos on the walls showing some local historical land marks. Nearby is Cathedral City of Chichester with its the theatre and boutique shops. Less than 20 minutes drive away is the glamorous and world famous Goodwood racecourse, the infamous Goodwood Motor Circuit for a bit of thrill seeking, Goodwood House itself or, Arundel Castle. Portsmouth Historic dock yard & outlet shopping centre is only 39 minutes drive away, or Brighton is just over an hours drive away. The South Downs National Park is a great place of beauty to explore on foot or by push bike and there are some lovely coastal walks within easy reach of the apartment.
