New Holgate is a stylish hotel concept featuring 12 beautifully styled en suite rooms, with sophisticated dining options and lounge areas, including a Whiskey Lounge. Originally built in 1848, what was once a traditional townhouse now features raw elements and finishes amongst original features. Timeless details, vibrant colours and fabrics have also been added, to truly honour the story behind the guesthouse. New Holgate is just a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre and less than a mile away from the medieval City Walls. York Minster is one mile from the property and Jorvik Viking Centre just a 15-minute walk away. York Railway Station is also just a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
