Detached spacious 3 bedroom home a few minutes walk to the beach. Formerly a Day Nursery for children and babies Upto five years old I restored the building back into a home, there is a lot of space to move around. The house enjoys an East/West aspect so when the sun is shining you can always find a spot to enjoy it inside or out.

The property is minutes from the beach and also walking distance to the village where you will find a Waitrose and Tesco express and various other shops bars and restaurants. There are 3 Golf courses nearby Rustington which has a driving range and 9 hole course, Ham Manor a members club and a Links course at Littlehampton. You will find watersports on the beach front including kayaking, wind and kite surfing. There are a number of places to get a breakfast or a coffee on the beachfront. In the village you will find free parking (time limited) and a car park behind the Waitrose store this is also free and done by registration plate recognition it is time limited so be careful not to overstay. There are buses and trains from Angmering or Littlehampton and you can hop on the bus a few yards from the property. There are Taxis in the village and their lay-by is outside of Greggs bakery. The train station is a bus ride away Angmering being the closest with direct trains into Brighton or Gatwick airport and also London Victoria.
