Honeypot Cottage is located behind security gates and is situated within a 10-acre family run vineyard in the heart of rural East Sussex. The cottage is part of the owner’s estate and they conveniently live next door. This is a very peaceful rural spot close to Fletching and Ashdown Forest. The owner really wants you to enjoy your stay and is more than happy for you to enjoy picnics or walks around the vineyard which has distant views of the South Downs. Your pets are welcome but they need to be kept on their lead when they are close to the cottage but there is plenty of room for the dogs to roam within the acres of land the owner has. The cottage itself is very generous in size and the main reception room is huge. Honeypot Cottage has two single beds and en-suite shower-room, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate a further 2 guests should you need to.
