This large 7 bedroom house (6 double bedrooms) is on Downs View and enjoys one of the best locations in Bude. It is just a few minutes level walking distance from Crooklets and Summerleaze sandy beaches and has amazing views over the golf course across to the sea. The house has its own parking for up to 5 cars and additional free parking along the road in front. The house also has a large front lounge, a huge dining room and 6 bathrooms/toilets. The house also has a front and rear garden.
Hello, We are Heather and James. Message us if you would like to know more about visiting us in Bude. Owners often onsite in separate accommodation. During peak periods we have minimum booking period of a 7 night stay and this starts and finishes on a Saturday.
The main town of Bude is only few minutes walk across the golf course with a great selection of local shops to hand. Downs View is one of the most popular addresses within the Flexbury side of Bude with excellent level access to the popular sandy beach at Crooklets and access on to the Downs and North Cornish Coastal path. There are superb cliff top walks with access to the town centre approximately 1/2 mile away which is an easy walk. For day to day shopping, Sainsburys is even closer to hand. The town features a range of small businesses and features an 18 hole golf course, which the property overlooks. Bude lies along the A39 Atlantic Highway providing access to Newquay and its international airport to the south and to the north, the major north Devon towns of Bideford and Barnstaple, with further road access on to the M5 to Bristol and beyond.
