Contemporary, stylish and serene self-contained unit with kitchenette and shower room. Electric blinds, sofabed, fridge, Nespresso machine, Microwave, electric hob, towels. 10 minutes walk to the amazing amenities of Southbourne Grove and Sobo Beach. Private parking.
My family (including two teenager daughters and two cockerpoos) moved from London to Southbourne in 2023 for a wonderful life by the sea. We recently created a self-contained studio space. We live next door, so can provide information on the area or any last minute bits you may have forgotten.
Very quiet neighbourhood. 3 minutes walk to Seafield Gardens, 10 minutes walk to Southbourne Beach and Southbourne Grove where you will find excellent cafes, restaurants and independent shops.
