Company information

Hi my name is Abdul, i have 2 children both boys, a 22 year old and an 10 year old and currently live with my partner. I started my journey with properties as a financial advisor, specialising in mortgages and life plans. After the recession i had to reassess my career path and life so then went on to taking back the properties I owned from the local estate agents and then started managing my properties myself. I then went on and took a course on a national federation of property professionals (NFoPP) whereby i set up my own letting agency managing only my properties and close friends and family. I currently specialize in single lets, HMOs and service accommodation, I also run a building company who manage my private developments and refurbs and day to day repairs and certs on properties i own and manage.

Property information

The property is new fresh and self contained also has its own parking directly at the back of the property and plenty of parking in the shopping area which is located at the close of the property. This property is a newly developed tiny house which is self contained it has its own garden, bathroom and fully functional kitchen. The property is split over two floors with a double bed upstairs and a bed settee downstairs in the living room.
