Eden Lakes Cottage is a detached self catering bungalow purpose built especially for the disabled guests but equally enjoyable for more people with all abilities. The bungalow sits in one acre of private gardens, edged with pine trees, lawns and bordered by a small stream. Bordering our gardens are meadow sheep farms with enchanting views. The bungalow is an excellent holiday venue for families, couples, pet lovers, bicycle enthusiasts and disabled people. Eden Cottage is self isolated and maintains highest standards of sanitization and cleaning for our guests. Eden Cottage enjoys super fast fibre wireless broad band with in house fast desktop computer, printer and work space for remote working. Eden Cottage is accessed by a beautiful driveway and private adjacent parking for 3 cars.
The hosts have been hosting guests for over six years and reside offsite yet around the corner to assist with any query by their guests. Their goal is to provide their guests with a memorable stay at their properties by continually enhancing the property features and offerings. The hosts enjoy hosting guests and enjoy every bit of it. They spend their leisure time reading books, walking on fells, gardening, wild swimming, ice skating and playing Lawn Tennis. The hosts are passionately interested in the tourism and hospitality sector and spend their considerable time on online forums discussing different aspects and trends within the tourism and luxury hospitality sector.
Eden Lakes Cottage is nestled between North and South Lakes on one side and Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National parks on the other side. We are just of motorway M6 Junction38, which makes us ideally located to approach anywhere within the Lake District. We have a newly refurbished free Tennis Court just up the street with playing swings for the kids and football pitch next to it. Other attractions within 10 minutes are heated open air swimming pool (the highest open air swimming pool in UK), golf course, fishing, scenic cycling tracks, fells walks and breath taking Eden valley views. Only half an hour from Lake Windermere, Lake Ullswater, Yorkshire Dales, Lancaster City and 40 minutes from Carlisle. The Scottish border is only 45 minutes from Tebay. The market town of Kendal and gateway to the lakes is 10 miles south. From the North and South, leave the M6 Motorway at junction 38. At the roundabout turn right and the Eden Lakes Cottage private driveway is the first on the right down private gated area.
