Your Quay to relaxation Our offices are open 7 days a week for guest arrivals, so we are always on hand to answer queries. Our interactive website allows guests to explore our vast range of properties, located in and around the Poole and Bournemouth area, and book their stay 24 hours a day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our phone lines are open until 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 4pm on Sunday, with an out-of-hours service available during the evening for emergencies. Our directly employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high and any issues are dealt with promptly. All properties are provisioned with crisp linen and fluffy towels, including beach towels and a complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits and nuts is provided. In the fridge, you will also find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival.

Second bedroom (5ft kingsize double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over). Parking - One reserved parking space in the development's own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins). Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers. Technology - WIFI. Flat screen TV. DVD / CD player. Kitchen - Dishwasher, electric oven / feature gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Restrictions - No smoking. No pets. POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
