Property information

Lion House offers 2 double bedrooms (which can be split into singles on request), a spacious lounge, family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, garden and driveway parking for 2 vehicles. This is the ideal base for friends or family getting together to explore the area, or for those based nearby for work.  The A55 is nearby allowing easy access to the North Wales expressway or to the North West. Once booked a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm.

Lion House is a great setting for friends and family to get together, or for visiting many of Chesters attractions including Chester Races and Chester Zoo. Set in the highly regarded Hoole Area with the City Centre and Racecourse in walking distance.
