Property information
Little Bright House is a luxuriously modern detached property with it's own parking and secluded patio garden, conveniently all on one level. Park up on your private driveway and walk through the front door into this bright and airy space. The fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities you will need including a washing machine and dishwasher. You can dine at either the breakfast bar or the dining table. Through the cosy living space with a smart TV, and board games to entertain you, there is a bi-fold door leading to just one of the outdoor spaces. During the warmer months, you can enjoy alfresco dining in this sunny courtyard or simply unwind with a good book. To enjoy a morning coffee, there is another secluded outdoor space to relax, just outside the kitchen door. The comfortable Kingsize bedroom with its complimentary furniture, has ample room to store your clothes. The bathroom is just opposite the bedroom and boasts a large walk in rain shower, WC, basin & heated towel rail.
Neighbourhood information
In a quiet location, just a 10 minute stroll to Tankerton beach and the quaint shops, cafes and restaurants. The grassy slopes of Tankerton lead you to the promenade where you can take a dip in the sea or watch Whitstable's famous stunning sunset. A further 15 minutes walk past the beautiful Castle & gardens will take you into the heart of Whitstable town with its historic working harbour. Here you can sample Whitstable's famous fresh seafood or pick up a boat trip to see the WWll Forts.
There is off street parking for 1 car and there is free street parking on the road and surrounding roads.

There are frequent busses running from Whitstable to Herne Bay and Canterbury. You will find bus stops along Tankerton Road etc.
The trains from Whitstable station will take you to Ramsgate or further afield to London. Whitstable Train Station is about a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
There are also Taxi services available for short fares or airport runs. The nearest airport is in London and the Ferry port is in Dover.
