We operate in Leamington Spa, Warwick and Henley-in-Arden, with a range of properties to suit any occasion- from a couple’s weekend getaway through to long term accommodation for large groups of contractors. We work with a large number of companies needing high quality accommodation from a few nights to months at a time.

Property information

This unique place has a style all its own- a characterful 17th Century property centrally located in picturesque Henley-in-Arden, very near to Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa & Solihull. On your doorstep in this lovely town, not only do you have numerous historical buildings and churches, but also a variety of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, cafe’s, supermarkets, as well as the other essentials to cater for all your needs. Loft Cottage has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space, plus a dedicated desk area that offers flexible working. The two double bedrooms (one with ensuite) are stylishly furnished with hotel quality linens and double beds, plus an optional single sofa bed. Please note: The property contains two internal sets of stairs, one at the entrance and one to the second bedroom. The stairs to the second bedroom are steep with low ceiling height (under the eaves), hence it may be difficult for the mobility impaired to manage. Whilst both sets of stairs have handrails, they are not ‘standard’ staircases so please see the images for more detail. Please note that there are no baby gates on the stairs. Due to the age of the cottage, there are some low door frames and low beams in the loft room. Please remember that this is a 400 year old cottage so it comes with it’s quirks - but this is part of it’s charm! There is free private parking allocated for ONE car at the property. Additionally, there is a public carpark next to the property, although it is short stay parking (max 4 hours) between 8am-8pm.

The property is located on the High Street, in the heart of Henley-in-Arden with all the main areas of the town centre within easy walking distance. Explore the Henley Heritage Trail and absorb all the history of this charming town. Hear the bells of the St John the Baptist Church, which is directly opposite Loft Cottage, and take a stroll in the much beloved natural parklands with stunning views at The Mount. The main attraction of the region Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home of the internationally-renowned Royal Shakespeare Company is a 10 minute drive away. It is important to note that there is a Co-op supermarket just a few doors down as well as a SPAR a few minutes walk down the High Street, which means you can pick up the essentials at almost any time of the day. If you are a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food options in the town. There are an array of atmospheric local pubs, coffee houses and eateries that are within walking distance. You can dine in one of the Michelin recognised restaurants, take your pick from a variety of pubs, or choose between several different cuisines including Chinese, Indian, Italian and British Fish and Chips. Henley-in-Arden train station is on the North Warwickshire line and provides convenient access to Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham. There are many attractions in the area which are well worth a visit. Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and home of the internationally-renowned Royal Shakespeare Company is a short drive away. Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa and The Cotswolds are all within easy reach, as is the NEC, Solihull and Birmingham International Airport.
