One of the most fascinating features of Shilla Mill is the bedrock wall that runs through the front room, which channels water during the wet seasons. A 25-meter path from the property leads directly to the course, and a short walk to the golf club and restaurant. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal paths, National Trust cafes, and all the amenities of Polzeath, all within walking distance. Shilla Mill is merely 500 yards from the Beach with no hills to climb. Steeped in history, the property seems miles from everything but its really at arms length. The Point Golf Course greens are surrounding and providing views, and a pathway to the club house and Restaurant is 25 meters away. Valley views with neighbouring campers also there to enjoy the surf. Coastal paths and National Trusts Cafes etc for the walkers, there are the amenities of Polzeath available by foot. A Car would be required to explore Cornwall such as Eden Project
