Lovely spacious (large rooms and high ceilings) apartment in a quiet street 8 minutes walk from the centre of Broughty Ferry. Less than 5 mins from River Tay waterfront, nice walks, pubs, restaurants, beach, castle and other tourist attractions. Dundee 9 min drive or 15 mins on the bus (stop 3 mins walk from door). Attractions such as the V&A, Discovery and McManus Gallery all within easy reach. Carnoustie, St Andrews and numerous golf course all within an easy drive.
Quiet residential area in very close walking distance to the center of Broughty Ferry Easy parking on street (always plenty of spaces) Less than 5 mins walk to bus stop (on Strathern Road) with buses going to Dundee and Carnoustie/Arbroath. Less than 10 mins walk to centre of Broughty Ferry
