Fully equipped, newly refurbished kitchen with branded appliances such as a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and hob. Utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. Modern and newly refurbished bathroom with large bath tub and fitted shower. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo and towels provided. Bedroom 1 has a quiet street view with trees. Fitted with luxury plush carpets, two comfortable single beds, a large wardrobe, dressing area and a hairdryer. Living Area has a peaceful garden view and is the perfect area to relax. Comes with a large flat screen smart TV (Netflix and other streaming platforms available), a dining table, fireplace, a comfy sofa bed that sleeps 2 and plush carpets. Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer available to use upon request.

Our apartment is nestled on a quiet street just off the bustling Welford Road which is a popular central location in Leicester and close by to many amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, shops and cinemas. We are just a 15 minute walk to popular locations like Leicester University, King Power Stadium and Leicester Tigers Stadium. If you prefer public transport, we have a bus stop just on the corner of the street which takes you to Leicester City Centre.
