Luxury House in Warsash is luxuries, spacious, exquisite, well-equipped 4 bedroom house. Double Bedroom and One Bedroom comes with divan-bed, mattress, quality Egyptian bed linens, drawers, side tables and a lamp. You have the full use of the house including kitchen, utility room, shared bathroom (only for guest), lounge and the garden. The kitchen comes with microwave, oven, grill, toaster, fridge/freezer and a dining table with 4 chairs. The Utility room comes with the washing machine, extra sink and extra storage room. The lounge come with a TV, TV stand, 3-seater sofa and a fire place. The bathroom comes with the bath and shower facilities, washing basin, toilet, toiletries and towels. We provide towels, guest toiletries, hairdryer, slippers for the property. FREE private parking available for guests onsite. Housekeeping is done every week and we do regular checks on our bedrooms to make sure guests are feeling happy with the service.

Furnished Bedrooms located for anyone from workers to students in a quiet area of Warsash, close to Locks Heath Shopping Centre and Fareham. There are local amenities such as One Stop and Co-Op mini shops available from walking distance, Holly Hill leisure centre (10 minutes away by car), Fareham Shopping Centre, Southampton and Portsmouth City centres around 30 minutes away by car. Warsash Maritime Academy (10 minutes walk). The M27, A27 & Swanwick train station are all easily accessible also.
