A comfortable, very quiet 2 bedroom house situated on a peaceful estate just 5 minute walk to village amenities. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 had a small double and a single folding bed. The property has 2 parking spaces, a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and secure private garden.
We live in the next village should any emergencies arise.
Manby is a peaceful and very friendly village which lies approximately 5 miles from Louth, 10 miles from Mablethorpe and sits at the gateway of the Lincolnshire Wolds which is ideal for walking, cycling and sightseeing. The village of Manby has a well stocked co-op, post office/village shop, Italian restaurant, coffee shop, village hall and play park.
