This is an 8 birth 3 bedroom caravan with all mod cons, bedding supplied. Bring your own towels, hand towels, and T towel if you do a lot of cooking in the caravan. Also, the use of our WiFi. Password is in the booklet on the table or on the board near the television. Recently, we have had a large veranda put on with a gate that locks if needed. Heat panels in the bedrooms if needed. Recently new carpet in the lounge, new lino n the kitchen/dining area and hallway, toilet and bathroom. The pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Please be mindful when putting the board back on top as this needs to sit on the wood at the back correctly. If not, it will get stuck! Please respect our family caravan and the things in it. Thank you!

Hi, our names are Mark and Teresa We live in Lancashire and have 5 children plus grandchildren. I am a senior carer for older people with Dementia also mental health conditions. This is our first holiday home, which we are letting out to families, I have tried to think of making it home from home with a few extras for the kiddies. Please feel free to message me if needs be. I will get back to asap. We don't live local to the camp site but will try my best to rectify an issue if one comes up.

There is a family club on site called Sealands and Coral Beach Club, a Launderette on site where you get your wash tokens from the club across. Fantasy island theme park, markets, pubs, cafes, the beach is about 10-15 minutes walk. Skegness is about 15 min drive away or there is a bus stop outside the site what are frequent. If the grass is wet and muddy, please don't park on it. The caravan site owner will charge you if you get stuck and need to be pulled off.
