We have properties ranging from 2 bed cottages to 10 bed Edwardian Houses. We sleep from 2 guests to 24 guests. Many of our properties have HOT TUBS and some even have snooker tables.

Walking is an absolute delight with an abundance of wildlife, a natural environment with historic tracks and canal towpaths nearby. There are many local pubs and restaurants nearby. Close by are Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Henley in Arden and a little further the Cotswolds.
