We’ve prepared this two-storey home with TLC to sleep up to 7 guests across 4 bedrooms, with everything in place so you can quickly settle in. BEDROOMS: 4 modern and relaxing bedrooms to get a great nights rest. Bedroom 1 on the Ground Floor, providing easy accessibility features a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and offers a comfy double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bedroom 3 is also upstairs and is furnished with a comfy single bed, hanging rail and bedside table. Bedroom 4 also upstairs is equipped with two comfy single beds with a wardrobe and bedside tables. BATHROOM: Located on the ground floor for convenience, the 3-piece bathroom with a shower over the bath is well-appointed and easily accessible. KITCHEN: Bright and spacious, fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Includes everything you'd expect for a stay-away home such as electric hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine. Also has a kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and utensils as well glasses and cups. Tea, coffee and sugar provided so you can make a brew and settle in. LIVING ROOM: A nice relaxing space with comfy sofas and armchairs, cosy electric log burn effect stove and a Smart TV so you can stream your favourite shows. Feel free to log in to your own streaming services, just remember to log out when you leave. PARKING: Plenty of Free off-street parking PETS: Want to bring your dog with you? Chargeable Pet Stay option available on request. STAIRS: This home has narrow steep stairs leading to 3 of the bedrooms. So may not be suitable for people with mobility issue. The ground floor offers a bedroom (double bed) & bathroom, lounge & kitchen. WIFI: Ultrafast WiFi - Stream your favourite shows, surf the net, catch up on your socials or crack on with your work or online meeting

Neighbourhood information

A perfect location for easy access to Runcorn with Runcorn train station just 5 mins walk away. Retail park, Halton Hospital and the M56 motorway all less than 8 minute drive away. The M62 is only 10-12 minutes too. This place is on a quiet residential street with lots of free on street parking. There's a handy co-op food store just along the road too. It's a great base for easy access to Warrington, Widnes and Liverpool.
