Admire the stunning views of the harbour, estuary, and beaches from one of the most enviably large semi-circular balconies on the third floor of 'The Salcombe' - a private apartment complex formerly the Salcombe Hotel - and situated in the centre of town with about 350ft of estuary frontage. A spacious family apartment that has been recently modernised and given a clean contemporary feel. With a convenient location on Fore Street in the heart of the town, the apartment offers the perfect base for a Salcombe getaway. As well as a private parking space, the apartment also benefits from exceptional communal facilities offered exclusively to residents, including a large garden and a heated swimming pool offered exclusively to residents (open between May and September). Also included is access to a mooring on the private pontoon for a dinghy with overall length (including outboard) of 5m - see The Salcombe regulations. You can also find a restaurant/wine bar within the building. This apartment is very accessible for people with limited mobility, as it is all on one level with step free access from the car park.

Salcombe is a charming little town on the bank of what is often described as the prettiest harbour in England. Picture-perfect pastel-coloured houses make up a Positano-like scene overlooking water, sandy beaches and rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. Salcombe has a uniquely wonderful array of shops ranging from an acclaimed butcher and baker to art galleries selling serious contemporary works and chic boutiques. Stepping out from N° 31 The Salcombe you are right in the heart of salcombe, only a few minutes walk from all of the lovely shops restaurants and four great pubs. The Harbour Hotel is three minutes by foot and has a gorgeous bar and restaurant as well as an award winning spa with a pool. Catch the gorgeous little Ferry to be on the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth in minutes or stroll almost an exact mile along the coastal path to North Sands and the famous Winking Prawn.
