The property is located on a residential street and enjoys the benefits of a peaceful quite residential area but is very close to Romford town centre (about 8 minutes walk). This gives easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, takeaway food places, Romford market, the Brewery shopping mall, liberty shopping mall and large grocery supermarkets like Sainsbury's and Asda. There is a park at the top of the road (cottons park) with kids play area, outdoor gymn equipment, basketball court, skate park and lots of open field for picnics, walks and outdoor living.
