As a self-catering residential spec caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay on the elite part of the Haven site. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and air fryer. Also there is wifi and smart tv. (YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS PLEASE ) The caravan is a perfect place to relax and has internet access. This caravan is made to residential standards and is truly amazing. We are pet friendly as is Newquay and welcome well behaved dogs. Maximum of 2 dogs. Lovely places to walk and 2 lovely beaches. Watch the dolphins from the harbour or take a boat trip which leave regularly from the harbour. 3 chip shops and plenty of pubs to eat and drink and some really interesting shops and cafes. Clothes shops ice-cream candy shops Beach equipment, sea food etc. Perfect for a family break or Romantic break. If you don't fancy the 10 minute walk to town or back TAR TAXIS charge approximately 5 pound each way. There are 3 bedrooms one double and 2 twin rooms all with tv.there is wifi a playstation 3 with lots of games smart tv In living room. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and 1 shower room, there is a shower room. Our Quay West site beach is 10 mins walk and Newquay is 10 mins walk to the town with its shops and 2 beaches once you have holidayed here you wont go anywhere else. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - No same sex party groups
