This is a newly purchased caravan, located on Northfield, Skipsea Sands, 2 minute walk to one of the 3 playgroungs on site, 5 minute walk to the cliff top, and 5 minute walk to the Parkdean facilities. This is a fantastic caravan for a couples retreat or family getaway. This is a 3 bed, sleeps 8, Pet friendly caravan with enclosed decking and paved parking space and private wifi. As this caravan is on Parkdean's Skipsea Sands Site, you will need to purchase HUB passes to use the facilities on site.

Neighbourhood information

Park facilities include a very large indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, kids pools, licenced restaurant and bar, entertainment, kids clubs, reception, amusements, sports hall, gym, mini golf, fishing lake, fish and chip takeaway and designated dog walks. Please Note: Some new facilities are arriving later this year 2025 Please Note: To Use site facilities you need to purchase a pass Passes are available from reception Please Note Park Facilities are closed 1st November to 15th March
