Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is designated parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. You can find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.5 miles. Note: Guests will receive discounts at the café/bar/bistro below the apartment. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am. Old Print House is a luxurious base for a trip to Derbyshire. Please note: This property does not accept Stag, Hen or similar parties.
