Very private, backing onto river.Superb view into rear garden wooded area and riverside. The apartment is totally self contained, private entrance. All newly fitted shower room and kitchen area and a lovely new king size bed. Intended for couples. pets are not allowed and no children.Very private, backing onto river. The property is located just 5Km from the popular Norfolk Broads Village of Wroxham where there is also a train station (Hoveton and Wroxham) The North Norfolk coast is just a 10 minute drive from Dilham. A great location for Holidays good for walkers/ cyclists/ bird and wildlife lovers. Day boat hirers very nearby and organised trip boat rides. Seaside towns and beeches all within easy reach. Secure parking can be arranged for guests arriving in 'special collectors vehicles or motorcycles' secure storage for pushbikes, paddle boards also available by arrangement. We are keen that our guests enjoy their stay and will assist with any requests to enhance their experience.

Lovely quiet location. Well situated on the northern reaches of the Norfolk Broads. Close to boat hire stations, Wroxham, Horning, North Walsham and Stalham all only around 4 miles away. Sheringham, Cromer and Holt only 30mins by car or a short train ride,
