41 Parkview apartments, is the ground floor apartment which has it's own private garden with a BBQ and seating area,The apartment is in prime location for all Skegness has to offer and only a short five minute walk to the beach,straight across the road are the views of tower gardens park. To get into the property you have to go up two small steps and seven steps to enter the private garden. Also at the front of the property are two private parking spaces one for the top apartment and the other for the ground floor apartment. Once inside this spacious property you have a large living room that has a 65 inch TV and sofas to sit back and relax after a day exploring Skegness A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer and dishwasher and dining area to seat six people. The apartment has three bedrooms,one with a king-size bed the second room has twin beds,and the third room has a single bed all bedrooms have TVs,and two bedrooms have ceiling fans. Then there is the bathrooms, not one but two bathrooms one has a shower the other a bath and both have toilets and hand basins. This apartment is perfect for a family getaway or trip away with friends. Parkview,will suit almost everyones needs and is prime location close to the beach,across the road from the park and is two minutes away from the seafront. Location is perfect, one of the best in the area for being central to everything but still a quiet street.

Parkview is situated in the heart of Skegness on a quiet street across from Tower Gardens Park. You are in walking distance to the Beach, Seafront, Fair, Swimming Pool indoor and outdoor, Theatre, Natureland, Aquarium, Resturants,Cafes and Bars and so much more
