With easy assess to many amenities by road and rail, there is everything you will want for a family/contractors. From the Dancing Dog Saloon pub with food and live music 5 minutes away, to about 20 beaches nearby, Sittingbourne Golf centres for sport lovers, dog walking in Milton Greek County Park, racing at Bayford Meadows Circuit and Kent Kings Speedway. It's a very quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours and a few minutes to main shops such as Asda, Morrison and Tesco.
